Can't win: Grainne, Frances, Jessica
Can win: Courtney, Trishna, Alana Grainne: not the sharpest sandwich in the picnic (eg mermaidgate, overbooked then over-refunded tour) Frances: invariably loses so unless her business plan involves turning base metal into gold, Lord Sugar won't take a risk as she's not shown she can deliver Jessica: emotionally unstable -- not only getting flustered or tearful but as Claude has pointed out more than once, in negotiations, Jessica panics and sells at too low a price. Alana: has improved markedly after a rocky start to the process. What is her business plan though? I don't see the appeal of yet another small-scale cake maker but on the other hand, I doubt she'd ask for £250k just for a new colour of icing sugar. Trishna: solid and reliable if uncharismatic. No disasters, no triumphs. I worry that her edit suggests a "with regret" firing at the interview stage based on her business plan. Courtney: drifts in and out of tasks but his current business looks the most likely to appeal to Lord Sugar. Of course, his proposal might be something else entirely. |

Although I don't think Frances will win, I don't think the fact she has nearly always been on the losing side is necessarily representative of her abilities. She has only been in the boardroom once which suggests she was not deemed responsible for most of those losses.
Jessica has loads of ability if she can rein in her temperamental side. I know Courtney has his supporters here but I will be disappointed if he wins, |

Pretty sure a woman will win as Sugar seems determined to contrive an all-female final.
Of those left I've liked Jessica almost from the start but don't think she'll win. For me she's an all-rounder: she has ideas, flair and a very engaging personality. Contrast her with Grainne: it's farcical she's even in there. Despite all the untruths Claude keeps spouting, she has shown zero skill, business flair or idea generation, not even in her own sector i.e. her howling window dressing failure in the shop task early on for which she ought to have been fired instead of Mukai. She's successfully ridden on others' coattails thus far but hopefully for not much longer... |

I voted Jessica just from the way Sugar was smiling admirably at her when Karren praised her up for her pitch performance. Also Paul (or was it Sofiane?) praising her attention to detail She will be the shock winner.

Jessica can be visibly seen expanding her business already by working with two Love Island alumni on some backless, topless and mega slit outfits. Maybe she is already putting the 250k to good use. I think Sugar has been a bit enchanted by Jessica from Day 1 and for some reason her website with all the vixens and forest references is bizarrely memorable.
The media is convinced Alana won because of the follow but her business is tiny. She produces six different bakery products and that's it. |

I'm not convinced Lordalan would want his name associated with the type of *tries to think of polite word* "glamorous" outfits sold by Jessica. Also her website is still looking quite unprofessional in its presentation. Would have thought that might have improved by now, if she'd won.
That's assuming her business plan concerns Prodigal Fox. Could be something entirely different. E.g. clothes which have both backs and fronts. No idea what Trishna's is, except that it's something to do with technology. |
