I can't believe he's in the bottom 2, that was a fantastic performance and one of the best of the whole series. How can people think Saara is better?

He was out of tune half of the song. He does have an amazing voice, but I don't think his sing-off performance was as great as it should have.

It was awful, flat and out of tune for the most part.

He peaked too soon and is now seen for the overrated dull arrogant tool he is.

I'm no fan of Saara but she sings him out of the park.

Jamie Afro did a far better version of Hurt s few years ago

No way, Saara regularly delivers way better performances.

Matt was better tonight than he has been in the past couple of weeks.

However the thing that still hurts him is he has no distinct genre or style, and for Talent Show versions of Hurt noone will ever beat Jamie Afro and his Rock ballad version imo.

Funniest thread of the night. Well done!

First time I've heard him and I thought he was poor, terrible stage presence and his voice lacks any feel to the song. What is all the hype with him?

No.

It was tragic, if the voting was based off the sing off, Emily should have stayed.

Matt put on a great performance and deserves his place but better than anything saaras ever done? Come on.

Saara's rendition of winner takes it all, in alive, enough is enough, it's all so quiet, not to mention her audition were way superior. The only performance of matts to compete with Saara was the James Bond song during movie week. He was exceptional.

But Saara is the strongest contestant this year hands down.

I think it's subjective. Matt is good but I think the nerves got the better of him. He did well as it's a tough song.

That performance is so far below EVERY performance Saara has ever done its hilarious that anyone could say it's better and I like Matt but that wasn't even his best let alone better than anyone else.

I thought he was terrible, and all over the place. So overated, and will be sunk without rrace within a year even if he wins.
