Could Saara actually win this?
Ask me this 3 weeks ago and I'd have thought there would have been more chance of a Steve Brookstein career rebirth, but now I think she could actually pipe this. |

Saara is not in the same league as Alex. Its like comparing Chelsea with Dagenham.

Does that mean Honey G coming in fifth represents Ruth Lorenzo? As Ruth was my favourite in that series I seriously hope not lol.

Alex and JLS were better vocalists than Saara and 5AM.
Saara has a less commercial vibe to her, I'm sure she'd do well in musical theatre or something more contemporary but I can't see her as a pop act without it being forced. |

Alex and JLS were the best final 2 ever and this lot don't come close.
Eoghan was rubbish and even Matt is better |

I can't see Saara doing pop music if she wins tbh. More easy listening type would be my guess.

Regardless of who people think are better, there are some parallels between Alexandra and Saara. Overshadowed at the start in the voting, good at uptempos, but really start pulling the votes in at the end with the ballads. Or maybe she is more like Ruth Lorenzo without an Alexandra for competition, allowing her to go further?

She can win,not sure if she will. She is not commercial in the UK whereas 5 After Midnight are commercial win or not. However she has opened up a Scandnavian market and it is whether Simon wants to venture there. She will sell records in those countries. You are looking at Ben and Fluer here.
Saara's main career is now in the UK, and maybe some trickle down effect to other countries, including Finland. I am still wondering if Saara will be satisfied with some sort of an musical/theatre career in the UK. She could have had same in Finland if she wanted, but she wanted to be a big pop star. Is being a musical star in the UK better than musical star in Finland? Might be in Saara's mind. But there are always music competitions in the USA to try next if her career doesnt start in UK.. |
