According to "rumors" (ie posters on random forums who claim to be insiders) it's Jordan and Matt who are the couple, which to be honest seems more likely considering they're always heavily featured in eachothers Snapchat stories and stuff.

I don't think Matt is gay. He had a girlfriend until really recently.

He could be bisexual, and anyway one quick look at Grindr tells you there's tons of guys with girlfriends who are looking for a discreet fling or relationship with a guy.

It was two good friends hugging each other. How that can make someone think they are gay is beyond me and a strange attitude to have in 2016.

It could very well have been that. Someone so overwhelmed that they had been saved by the public vote that their emotions are released. The lad who walked away might not have seen it happening.

This and plus nothing makes you gay. You just do whatever you want. No one actually needs words for it. They're all adults, a hug is a hug, a shag is a shag. Who cares who it's with. It's not sensational or remotely interesting.
