Ipad question.
Last week I was in one of the Apple stores and mentioned that my ipad mini 2, which I purchased from an Argos store over 2 years now, no longer powers up. The salesman said no worries bring it in and we will see what we can do. I said I don't really want to pay for a repair as it will be too high. She said that shouldn't be a problem. Has anyone had anything similar from Apple where any repair or replacement has cost nothing?

If there is anything chargeable, they would let you know before doing anything. |

They would probably test the iPad on a different charger to see if that's the problem, and advise if you need a new battery etc.

A few years ago my son stood on his iPod and cracked the screen, it was bought in Argos. I made an appointment at the local apple store and when I took it in they said all they could do was give me a free replacement! I was happy to take them up on the offer.
