It's simple to me
Even if they rule that parliament must vote again then MPs should vote the same way as their constituents did
Therefore Brexit continues
This is just a delaying tactic by the sore losers and a fame hungry woman too stupid to realise she's being used

Because we live in a parliamentary democracy.
Brexit made a big deal about the UK parliament having sovereignty but now you seem to have problems with what you voted for.

More insults
Don't concern yourselves we are getting used to it.

Same here I just cannot following what he is saying at all, some may understand, but I am not one of them. !973 acts, 1973 acts.

I hope they keep the heat down in the room otherwise I can see many of them dozing off

Let's not worry about following a legal process, lets just do it without too much thought, then complain like crazy if it gets overturned later.

Not really. Parliament voted to allow the people an advisory referendum. It wasn't legally binding.

If Parliament gets to vote on this , it will be because the Supreme Court has decided that is what legally needs to happen.

You surely don't think that a few people on a MB are representative of 16m Remain voters?

What happened to the 100,000 strong march on the Supreme Court?

No we don't
Parliament ALREADY voted before the referendum
As I say this is just the remoaners making a point and trying to delay the inevitable
It won't work

She's perfectly capable of following things. The error was in Eadie's reference to his bundle.

Of course, this is far from uncommon, particularly in civil cases. I suppose it's just easier to assign nefarious motives to people you don't like....

It is a pleasure to listen to it though - there is such intellectual and legal rigour. You can tell the judges are taking in every word, and no word is wasted.

I feel really proud of our country watching this.

They voted for the referendum and nothing else.

Parliament voted to authorise a referendum. That's it.

Not even a delaying tactic.
May has said A50 will be by the end of March but the ruling is in January.

Eadie is shocking. I'm baffled. Never ever have I seen such a weak performance in any court. And I spend a whole lot of time in court and tribunal.

I'm really starting to wonder if this whole appeal has been orchestrated.

He can't follow the government's own arguments from the written submission; he's jumping back and forth and is removing the few bits that made sense in the written submission.

Your first line.
Are you saying we don't live in a parliamentary democracy?

Remainers will be the first ones moaning though when things go wrong if we are forced to stay in the failed EU when everyone else is happy to jump ship.

Remainers should be ashamed of themselves not accepting democracy of the people. It's disgusting !”

Brexit doesn't need a boost, it just needs flushing away. It is an ill-conceived shambles which has split the country from top to bottom, quite needlessly. Your talk of revenge against so-called remainers, I find very disturbing. Remainers are as entitled to express their views as you are and use the legal system to test the law and the government, whether you like it or not. Bullies and bruisers clamouring for Brexit have no more right to get their way (despite their ignorance and prejudice) as anybody else.

Good. Then you won't mind due protocol being followed in this process of inevitability.
