Having read a couple of judgements from the Supreme Court they both seem to be from the view point of a single judge. I doubt there will be any difference in this case. A final decision will be yay or nay and the logic explained.

TBH I don't really care to much about the case, it was more the FMs points regarding MSM I was indeeding. However, your post also warrants a well earnt, "indeed" to.
