Poor Joel. If he had simply glued on some new front teeth, he may have been in with a chance.

Larry even more so - the public really gave him the thumbs down!

Martin was the only potential grit in the oyster this series, and even he wasn't horrible. It's not surprising people latched onto him as an anti-hero. The voting simply proves that there was almost no reason for this series to exist. Other than Carol, the rest can run along now, bye bye.

Also, it's extremely silly (and now basically a cliche) to obsess about DS opinions.

Joel could've won if he'd had more promotion
He had more than enough.

His problem was that he was less likeable.

So apart from early on the once, Adam was never as popular as Joel and Scarlett for all his play acting that is sort of refreshing to know. He did all those trials for TV time and still didn't win
its great isnt it. and his family have the arrogance to proclaim fix. he was only voted to do the trials because we wanted the smug git to suffer.

Joel could've won if he'd had more promotion
yup

it was nice to see joel being comfortably 2nd, i neednt have worried every night.
result was closer than i expected , last year it was a landslide.

He was the victim of a bad edit.

Pleasantly surprised Joel was more popular than Adam generally. Was shocked to see Joel poll higher in the final, but seems like he was more popular throughout.

Bar the final 3, no one stood a chance.

It was closer than I expected between the top two/three.
I don't think ramming Scarlett down our throats all the time actually did her any favours.

Looks like it. He was in the bottom two after 3 evictions.
4 times out of the 7 public votes until he was evicted.

YEAH THAT IS SURPRISING...AND SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTING.. a bit like the whole series tbh.

It's not that disappointing, as whichever way you look at it, Martin was more popular than Larry, Carol, Ola, Jordan, Lisa and Danny. Not too shabby!

So Martin was never really popular, the bottom 2 was actually the bottom 2 all the time (barring once) and the top 3 were pretty much on lock for the whole vote
He still outlasted Larry and everyone seemed to think he was popular

How come Ola doesn't figure in vote 11, the first vote off?
