Really? I didn't know that - what is the problem?

I liked her on the dance floor, and I think her choreography corner content and knowledge is good. It's the face, the performing seal antics etc I don't like.

From Wikipedia:

At the age of eight Hardy was diagnosed with a rare and acute form of ear cancer. Despite successive operations the cancer returned three times, as a consequence of this Hardy was advised to take up the art of ballroom dancing to compensate for the loss in her balance due to the cancer in her ear and the operations to eradicate it before a last-ditch operation when she was twenty one cleared the cancer permanently. As a result of the cancer Hardy lost 70% of the hearing in her left ear, and in August 2012 was fitted with a hearing device.

That could explain why she is quite loud. When she is giving serious critique, I like her very much, when she is clowning around, not as much but she doesn't irritate me to the point of leaving the room.

BIB: I suggested this a very long time ago but my suggestion was dismissed and I was told that that is just Karen...
What name??

With her on the judges panel she'd have less tv time than at the moment... And I think she's a reasonable judge although I sometimes disagree with her and I'd like someone who isn't so intent on crowd pleasing that they actually do the job and keep the contestants to doing the dances provided.

I think you may have been right all along.

Well, that's one tried and tested way of starting up a truly irritating new thread so that people can tell you "yes, it's just you".

Why didn't you try dropping bar bells on your feet first?

If it is a truly irritating new thread why don't you just ignore it?
Forums are for discussion and anybody who thinks they can dictate to others ( provided they are not using profanities or doing anything illegal} what they can discuss or how things should be worded are very misguided.

So are you trying to restrict my honest right to dictate to others? I hardly think that's fair. And why should I ignore a thread that by its very title is an open invitation for a put-down? Have to live up to my monniker, after all.

Overkill on ITT has put me off her a bit.

Can you imagine if she and Bruno sat beside each other on the judging panel - they'd need an ambulance at the ready every Saturday night.
