Scottish trawlermen who campaigned for Brexit are to benefit from European handouts to help expand their market. Peterhead in Aberdeenshire is to receive a £5m investment boost, split between the Scottish Government and the European and Maritime Fisheries Fund.

Repatriating money?

they should hand the money back, you vote Brexit you have no right to expect anything from Europe, lets see them put their money where they put their votes, or I think they should have their votes changed.

lets try thinking about things, instead of reading the UKIP manifesto, voting Brexit means you dont want Europe making decisions on your behalf , this money is a decision by Europe, you can not have your cake and eat it.

You can while you are still paying the membership fee.

If you hand in your notice at work you still get paid until your agreed leaving date.
Same difference.

Your'e being stupid now. Whilst we are still contributing money to the EU we have every right to receive something in return. It;s nothing like having your cake and eating it. It's more like giving a cake and receiving a small slice back.

I believe the Fisheries Protection Squadron of the Royal Navy stands at 3 vessels for the whole of the UK, the fourth being in the Falklands and probably needs the money more than these f*wits. I wish them well in their quest to reclaim control and hoover up the last remaining fish stocks in our coastal waters, before the dastardly Europeans get them.

While we are still in the EU and contributing, take the grants. But if or when we leave cut off any industry that supported Brexit from all state aid. Let 'em sweat, with no mercy, the fools. They wanted free-trade, let 'em have it. Next in line, agriculture. Buy cheap from anywhere and let UK farmers fend for themselves. Use all the cash saved to revamp the NHS, social services, the military and other public utilities.

Being so bitter and twisted can't be doing you any good.
Perhaps you should just chill out and go with the flow rather than obsessing about how the 'Guilty' should be punished because it aint going to happen.
