EE: Anyone else finding Lee annoying?
I find him so annoying and yesterday and today's Episodes at the call centre were so cringey the way he walked/stomped around and the way he talked was so childish he has become very annoying and I am finding Oz more interesting. I am liking how he is teasing Lee because I am finding Lee an annoyance. Is anyone else feeling the same way?

I've been annoyed by Lee since he started misleading/ lying to his family about his job and then stressing about it.
My sympathy for those who dig themselves into holes and don't stop digging is limited. My tolerance for stupidity is non-existent. |

I initially just disliked the character cause the actor playing him is wooden and terrible. Then cause his character is so boring. Now cause he's a self absorbed, me me me, lying, pathetic toe rag

He's such a wimp for someone who was supposed to be in the army. I know he has depression but really the way he has allowed the call centre bullies to get away with it is so annoying.

I agree with every post here (apart from the tight trousers one) - very annoying, and I really cannot stand that walk that he does with his head down like a charging bull. looks ridiculous.
Just end this s/l now. |

No, I don't find him annoying. Characters always get criticised on here when they feature in a major storyline but I think he's doing a fantastic job.

I wouldn't say I find him annoying, just unintentionally amusing.

Cant stand this drip. He has got more annoying as the weeks have passed. He acts the victim all the time. He has a family who love and support him, he has a beautiful wife who (madly) adores him, he has a home for life with his family, yet he felt the need to get himself into debt and lie to everyone because he wanted a wedding he cant afford and wanted a flat he cant afford. His pity party is infuriating.

I don't understand how anyone could like the call centre morons character Oz more interesting as I cannot stand that oafish bullying type behaviour and feel that a lot of people comment on Lee without the slightest idea of how depression or PTSD can affect people. However I have to agree with the comments about Lee's head down stompy walk and childish way of speaking. It detracts from the fact that mentally he is struggling and doing stupid things because of that so the character loses a lot of impact and sympathy

He reminds me of a few people I have known - the classic functional psychopath. A controlling bully with no empathy (but 'popular' amongst his colleagues) who sensed Lee's emotional vulnerability right from the start. I hope the ex-army lad puts the obnoxious Colin Hunt in hospital very shortly. |
