I got the information from another forum but the poster on there who was on there seems to lie so I would discount my original post I'm sorry.

In fairness, I ended up passing this rumour on to loads of people myself despite not checking the source. It can happen to us all!

To be fair, the title is "Potential Spoilers"

Which is open to interpretation...."potential" as in "maybe it isn't a spoiler as Rylan already said it" which is pretty much how everyone took it I would say.
The actual opening post is written as fact and mentions nothing of being based on a rumour from another forum.
But yes I take blame too for not looking for a proper source instead of blindly believing it
