My account, and my sisters account have been 'frozen', i called support and even after both accounts having sent off identification, it was accepted, but still been frozen.
Now, i also set up an account in my mums name last week, which is where all the trouble started, but she gave me full permission to, so i thought what the bingo site doesnt know wont hurt
but unfortunately they have clearly caught on, and frozen all the accounts.
The support said the issue was being dealt with by 'higher management' whilst they complete their 'investigations' and decide what to do. God knows why they need to make it sound so sinister!
Anyway, in the likely event that they permanently close all the accounts, there is still nearly £200 in one of them, am i entitled to get this money withdrawn, or shall i wave goodbye to it?
