Me neither. It was the birth of inventive accounting.

That just about sums it up.

Putn is smarter than the others, but disagree that he's better. ( they're all awful)

Belligerent, bitter and rather vindictive. Spent all night goading Farage with bug eyed rants.

Will Self (Novelist)....Smug, arrogant rude bore
Louise Mensch (Author & Commentator)...Not too bad at all”

Really? What did he say that was so outstanding?

Gracious me - hard to tell who's bitter. Both of you still criticising Will Self, yet you're coming across worse than him.

And he's right. One of the few things I agree with Farage about. Mensch's anti-Putin tirade was way over the top, full of lies and exaggeration.

I wouldn't expect you to think otherwise. We've always had opposing views.

Yes, but he's the one invited onto a national tv politics show in order to debate - and not just to confront another panelist.

Is he exempt from criticism? Odd, really, because one of the many insults Farage regularly has hurled his way is that he's a 'pub bore', but that's exactly how Self came across last night.

The sort of bloke you end up getting stuck talking to at a party, but just can't escape from. Tedious little man.

He answered the questions raised, some in an amusing way - even Farage could see the funny side.
What did you see that was confrontational?

So tell me what did Self 'hurl' at Farage to upset you so much, yet Farage took it in good humour? From what I saw last night, there were moments when they both agreed with each other.

As for insults, Farage has done his fair share of insulting people and nations without apologising. He gives as good as he gets.

I didn't say he hurled anything at Farage and I'm not remotely upset about anything. I'm merely registering my disdain for Will Self as he's a crashing bore.

Your imagination is going into overdrive.

Ok then, what did he say that was boring?

Are you serious? WW3 would mean nuclear annihilation. There won't be any need for anyone to volunteer to defend the country. People always think of the next world war as if it is going to be like the last. But in any case, as has been pointed out, Hilary Clinton would have been far more likely to oppose Russia than Trump.

Yes, I particularly like the contempt he had for McDonalds workers/jobs. Very telling for a north London socialist.

Will Self seems to be a horrible human being. I had been listeing to a serise he has had on radio four latley and he seems a very angry, thin skinned individual. Plus that voice.

Everything about Self makes me want to vomit. A loathsome individual.

Well he had a point about Mconald's. It's horrible junk food and who wants more of it?

His comment had nothing to do with people working there. Honestly, some people are really touchy

And what does where he lives got anything to do with it?

I think Farage is right about Russia. The whole west needs a completely new approach. Clinton would have been a disaster, at least Trump might make a more positive change.
