Sony PS4 - What can you do without many games.
I was pretty critical on these boards about the PS4 compared to the PS3, but now I've finally got one as most games are of course just PS4 now. I got the Uncharted 4 bundle, rather than Final Fantasy XV, although I reserved that at Argos they only had the Uncharted 4 one, now I realise I should have just given my reservation number. I was probably the reason they didn't have the Final Fantasy XV one in store
Unfortunatley PS4 is rather closed to me until I can afford to buy some games, I got the system on credit anyway so I can't do too much now. The games I want to get are Final Fantasy VII Final Fantasy XV Uncharted 1-3 Final Fantasy X HD GTA V Grand Theft Auto III Grand Theft Auto Vice City Grand Theft Auto San Andreas No Man's Sky I have quite a big PS3 library but none of them of course are playable, I did get a trial of PS Now, and those are the only games I can go on. It acts like a PS3 but is £12 a month! |

i still have my ps3 connected and play that reguarly and use it as my media and blu ray player. As for my ps4 I watch youtube on it, catchup tv services, play new games on it, play the ps+ games, and use communities to chat

Firstly, set upon a Canadian PSN account, games are far, far cheaper on there, you may be surprised at what you can afford during their sales, dead easy to do and you play them on your UK account as well, it is just a question of swapping users - loads of guides as to how to do it online, takes minutes.

Same as a lot of other forum members here - I use it as a Media server and for Youtube, Spotify, etc.

War Thunder and World of Tanks - both are massive games with loads of players and both of them are free (they rely on you sticking around and making in-game purchases to make their money).

Another option is subscribe to ps+ you get 2 or 3 free games a month, also there is a rental service called boomerang games who rent games from as little as £3.99 a month.
Neverwinter is a great free to play game on ps4 plenty to do on it too. |
