I can easily make a case for why each couple would make legitimate finalists. So I truly wish we could have a four-couple final this year. They all are excellent dancers and each pairing has brought a different (and enjoyable) quality to the series.

Since we have to lose one, (with a sigh) I would choose to eliminate Louise and Kevin. For me, Louise is the one who has not fully lived up to her potential.
