I woke up early feeling very stiff this morning but otherwise I'm feeling somewhat better than yesterday.
Hubby has gone to collect the replacement car so at least we will be more mobile today.

Just need to get back on that horse ASAP, so to speak.

We have a lady at work is petrified of driving following an accident, so much so, she will spend ages cycling to work very slowly using narrow back roads, which I would find far more nerve wracking.

Time is fine. Seems strictly fans are in the wars this week.

Second mole has confirmed ticket validation.

I went round to the local shopping centre this morning to pick up a few bits I needed and couldn't get yesterday morning ( something I would rather poke my own eyes out than do on a Saturday normally) as I figured it was important to get behind the wheel sooner rather than later.
Apart from one hairy moment when some airhead decided to stop slap bang in the middle of the roundabout whilst she decided which way to go it was fine.


Thanks. It's useful to have a car as the bus service is not the best around here.
It's unlikely that our car will be fixed before Christmas so we'll have to see if we are allowed to bring this one over to the UK for the holidays.
It really us something we could have done without at the moment but hey ho these things happen and there's nowt we can do about it now.

Contrary to rumour I was totally sober at the time but caught my 3yo grandson from hurting himself and in doing so damaged my ankle.
