If the vote happened today it would have 52 - 48 for remain.”
If the vote happened today it would have leave win by a bigger majority.

Also of note:
"The British Election Study found that 6 per cent of Leave voters regretted their vote, compared to 1 per cent of Remain voters."”
The best your link can come up with is
Old people have died and young people have grown old enough to vote.
And back in 2016-06-24 to 2016-07-04 there was one bit of research that had 6% of leave voters feeling some regret. In the immediate aftermath of the referendum with the GBP and the FTSE plummeting and the mass media declaring the end of the world, hate crimes against immigrants, and the PM resigning.
Why have the independent not commissioned any new polls on how people would vote today. Is it because the predictions of doom that the remain campaign relied on have so far fail to materialize? Is it because the polls would not show what they want? Is it because even the Independent realize deep down that pollsters have been repeatedly discredit by getting it repeatedly wrong.
