ONS weekly death statistics appears to run at about 10,000 per week for over 65's for the first six weeks, so i'll just use that, we're only looking at the 6 months since the vote which gives us 260,000 and 25% of over 65s dont vote in general elections so lets use that too, which gives us 195,000. The breakdown of the vote for over 65s was roughly 40%/60% remain/leave.
So we have a total of 78,000 remain voters and 117,000 leave voters dead.
Is it a normal thing after losing a vote to be so frustrated that you want to know exactly how many of the people voted for the result have died?
