I've read on twitter that a new family is set to be unveiled but wont be announced until the day of their arrival. Whether that's true or not I don't know but maybe she'll head up the new family?

I liked her in The Bill so wouldn't mind if she came back as permanent if the character is good. Maybe tho she could be something to do with Lee

I remember casting Sally Rogers as Maxine Branning in my fanfic a few years back- Maxine was the Mother of Joey and Alice Branning in that although their Mother never appeared in the real show.

I think it's a strong possibility.
I really hope if we do get a new family that it's completely separate from any of the existing families.
