Did I miss something or where is Janes new bedroom? Have they put up a new wall in the living/dining room?

Yeah the layout is now the same as when Pauline owned it

Seems a bit pointless building a whole room for the sociopath, when she is being taken into custody and jailed any day now.

Back when Pauline had the house the front room was always an unseen bedroom - it belonged to Lou back in the day and remained a bedroom right up until Ian bought the house. Ian knocked the wall through creating a larger open plan living and dining room in 2007. However as of this year when Jane became disabled Ian changed it back to how it used to be and added a small downstairs bathroom in the cupboard under the stairs. So Jane has no need to go upstairs.

It was nice of them to pay tribute to history, also reinstating the fruit bowl last year. Pauline would be proud

I thought so. Must have missed them mentioning that it's been reinstalled. Ya!

The attic in Ian's house was also converted into another bedroom just before Pauline died, her second husband Joe and his mate Bert did the conversion. So with Ian now restoring the front room into a bedroom that now makes the house four bedrooms when it was originally just a two bedroom house. Ian and Jane have the downstairs front room, Kathy has the attic room and Steven and Lauren and baby Louie have the two bedroom on the middle floor.

Other properties the sleeping arrangements aren't so clear. For example Phil's house, there's Phil, Sharon, Ben, Jay, Louise, Dennis and now Roxy all living there. How on earth are they all sharing, there's no downstairs bedroom and can only be three at most upstairs?

Also Martin and Stacey up until very recently lived in that tiny little flat. It was barely even a flat more of a bedsit. Living there was Martin, Stacey, Rebecca, Lily, baby Arthur, Belinda and Kyle. I don't think they even attempted to explain the sleeping arrangements for this one.

Martin, Stacey and Arthur had one room, Bex and Lily shared and Kyle had the sofa I think. God (and probably Arthur) knows where Belinda bunked down.
