In the first Rovers fire (1986) Julie Goodyear really vomited having learned the technique some years previously from watching Laurence Olivier.

Who can forget Max Branning with his hands down his throat in the live episode, was the camera supposed to show that or was he just doing it for the sound effect?

Yep, this wins. It was a very raw and emotional scene that conveyed the raw truth of grief and loss. I think many of us, in our state of reactionary shock at having lost someone, shove our fingers down our throats and gag.

My Sister about half an hour ago throwing up in my Car after i picked her up from her works Christmas Do, just finished cleaning it up, then i see this thread, wonderful coincidence... I think not LOL. As for the best soap thrower up, i remember Mel Owen Throwing up in the Street years ago after she found out about Steve's death so will go with that one.

What a weirdly random Thread.

Ah well never mind, might as well interject what I think (not that anyone really cares).

To be honest I don't really think Soap vomits are that very well done in general, no matter how good the actor/actress is, it always looks so fake IMHO. Want to see some really disgusting vomit from a cartoon which puts them to shame? 2 words...Rick & Morty

Probably realised how truly crap of a character Kat is and finally threw up in disgust at the thought of playing her for all these years.

(Oops, should've put in a "unpopular opinion" warning before making that remark.)

*Unpopular Opinion Warning*

Nah, she isn't!

Casualty's incredibly obsessed with vomits, not an episode goes by without at least 1 patient vomiting all over the place.

Yes I know it's a hospital drama but still...

She is pretty efficient at it, you've got hand it to her (or perhaps not with her habit )
