could Rita ora become a famous with antm
She's been trying to become famous for years, but still many people have just heard her name but know nothing of her. I think she buys tabloid headlines.
Now she's presenting antm could she break into stardom? It starts on Sunday, could be her last roll of the dice. |

Yeah, I mean those number one singles and that number one album might just give her the break she needs !

This is a bit bizarre. She is famous for her pop tunes, why do you think she's not?

She is being clever moving into other fields, presenting. Think her music career has peaked now. ANTM is not the big ratings show it was, Tara was a model and also knew about lighting etc also she always did a few photo shots of the contestants each series. Rita won't be doing that.

Let's not forget judging/coaching The Voice and X Factor, two of the biggest TV shows on UK TV. She also sang at the Oscars.
She certainly isn't a worldwide A lister but has had international success. She's more or less on a level with the likes of Ellie Goulding, Jessie J, Ariana Grande, Keisha etc, but certainly not in the same league as the likes of Adele, Taylor Swift, Beyonce. In UK only terms she is an A lister though I'd say. I really like her as well, she comes across as a really down to earth person and has a pretty spectacular voice in my opinion. |

She spends alot on buying PR , quite likely that she spent a few grand to get number 1s. They fell very very quickly. I'm very interested to see how top model turns out. Tyra was amazing in an awful kind of way on it. Rita does have the same kind of ego so could do really well for her. |

She IS famous though. Not a worldwide famous A lister, but famous anyway. I'd like to see what being famous means to the OP, if Rita Ora doesn't fit the description

Going down the route she has is wise and is keeping her financially stable and relevant
Sadly, through no fault of her own, she hasn't been able to release any more albums due to label problems. |

Crazy Days and Nights, a US gossip site considers her to be B list, which is pretty good for a British pop star who hasn't had a lot of hits. Robbie Williams would kill for that status over there!!

The OP must mean famous in the US as she is certainly famous here after four number one singles. RIP was a huge hit in Europe too. She is definitely trying to crack the US market and even appears briefly in the ghastly 50 Shades franchise.

My daughter loves Rita. But I remember Louis Walsh labelled her a clothes horse and it was hard not to disagree!
![]() Smart though, venturing into different areas. |

Tyra's knowledge was so valuable, I wonder if I'm going to be able to take Rita seriously. Hope so though.

OP seems to spend a lot of time researching someone they clearly don't like. What strange use of one's time.

I'm not really keen on her probably because she was everywhere at one point and I was fed up of seeing her. She's not massively popular now (she tweeted if she got 10,000 retweets on Twitter shed tease a new song, and hot around 2,000 in 24hrs so she deleted the tweet). She kind feels like an also ran now? It's feeling a bit too late to be huge when Iggy and Charli XCX do it better. I've nothing against her at all but Louis Walsh wasn't far off - she is pretty much a clothes horse now!

I must admit that, whilst I've seen her on a few things like The Voice and XF I couldn't name a single song of hers.

Her Twitter fail was awful, just shows that she bought her Twitter followers. I kind of like her, she's just a very ambitious stage school person. But at the same time she's had so much PR with very little substance. |

The woman is not serious about music. That is obvious. Luckily for Rita, it appears she just enjoys being famous, so this new gig will help extend her little fame |

Wow... I hate fur when it's not left on the animal, but you need to calm down. There's no need to wish death on people. Do you even know for sure if she wears real fur?
does that look like fake fur to you http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...-New-York.html |
