so if it was Morris dancing would you sat the same
What sort of dancing do you think musical theatre students learn? There's no musicals with Morris dancing . Standard dances and dance moves feature in many musicals. Advanced techniques feature in some, basic dance and ballet techniques in many.. Charlestons and American smooths are pretty standard. And he could do any dance he lhad experience of as the show dance - just like Tom did.

It will be interesting if that does happen.

The judges would have to pray for mistakes from Claudia, as If Claudia repeats her QS performance, then I can't see that either of Louise's dances can beat her. The judges have to mark the DO solely on the dace off performance.

Yeh right!
True! She was miles better, but I am in conspiracy mode and wondering if they will still vote her through, because of the biased voting this evening. I would hope not.

Has anyone ever done a decent rumba?
Rachel Stevens, Cherie Lunghi and Kara Tointon spring to mind - I had a post 'wings of love' and other people liked a few other people too - Chelsee didn't do a bad job either. A lot of people liked Colin Jackson's back in the day - so short answer yes and Ben Cohen didn't do a bad job I guess fancing your dance partner helps.

Right you mathematicians on here. Is there any way Claudia could be kept out of the dance off.

Yes. Assume Ore is bottom and Louise just above him. It's a Clifton vs Clifton dance off in that case

I don't get the fuss about the Cliftons, I think they are both great dancers and choreographers, the reason they aren't getting my votes is because I don't like their partners dancing as Much as I like someone else's dancing.
They both deserve to be on the show

All my votes have gone to Danny and Oti because I love his dancing and I love Oti' choreography, I think she has been fabulous and will be sad if she isn't back next next series.

I would also be sad if the Cliftons weren't back next year too

If she does that in the dance off against say Louise, then she should go through. Ore is her biggest threat. I'm not counting Danny as he is through.
Operative word being should - by that reason she 'should' have gone in Blackpool - although even as a Greg fan I'm glad she didn't. I'm trying to make the sure that she's not left at the judges's so called mercy - she's got two of my free votes tonight - the other one went to Danny.

Never having attended acting drama school ill not Know , Morris is dancing and takes learning ,but it aint ballroom or latin but you still learn to count when doing folk dancing so would it be advantage , the qualification has always been no experiance in Ballroom or Latin

From James Jordan:

"Absolute rubbish!!!!

Claudia's Quickstep was 4 10's all day long

I'm sure Ore is lovely but the judges trying to get him to the final"
I do agree with James but after his Ore's had training FACT statement he's obviously not unbiased when it comes to him.

Did Ore actually do anything in that dance?
I was wondering that too - it didn't appear to be much.

What dance will they do in the dance off?
They get to choose I believe.. I think it used to be the dance they scored highest in, but when Natalie Gumede was in the dance off, she chose to dance her Argentine Tango, despite her perfect scoring Salsa, because she and Artem felt that they could dance the AT better than they did the first time

I really hope it is a Danny v Louise Dance Off, but I know I won't get my wish to come true!

Whoever choreographed that only considered Jo in that really. I mean I liked it considering I thought the music did work against it. Just not perfect.
Did Mr Oxsana chereograph that?

What dance will they do in the dance off?
Whichever one they want. Unless they've changed rules again it's up to the contestants to choose the one they do. Of course, they'd be sensible to pick their highest scoring one

I love how everybod watches the same show and yet will see something completely different from the next viewer.
For me Danny is amazing and I will happily pay to see him in a show but I don't feel he has progressed. Adore Oti and her choreography is stunning.
Louise is dull and Kevin works hard to cover her weaknesses especially the floor watching which drives me crazy.
Claudia annoys me, she has such talent yet her and AJ rely on gymnastic moves, her frame is repeatedly dreadful and she does not transition smoothly from element to element.
Ore has learnt, progressed and challenged himself. He is not the best dancer but his all round style and variation of dances has impressed me.
The annoyance at the judges is the same every season.

Id like to see that happen just to see what the judges would do.

I think he will be in the DO. He does not have the popularity of the other contestants. Which will be further enflamed tonight as he finished top.
Very difficult for him to get there. if he's last in the public vote he will still have 5 points. Claudia or Louise have to come second or better in the public vote to beat that.

And if Ore gets into the dance off he has a hideously overmarked faffingtine tango that they will claim is better than anything Louise or Claudia has - because thats how they over and undermarked in the second round.

Very, very good indeed. Kevin really can make a silk purse out of sow ear music.

Great.

She's such a good dancer.
I like Louise a lot, she really does give it all she has every Saturday and this was an ok Tango but I noticed a few times she glanced at Kev or down at his feet and seemed to stutter slightly. Not worthy of the 10 Bruno.

I can't believe I'm saying this, the dance off should be DANNY AND LOUISE.
Only on the specific understanding they save Danny and the outrage spurs his fans to vote him to victory next week.
