Blatant bias. Obvious overmarking.

How is Ore top of the leaderboard?

No it's not!

They were ALL very very close.

Just two overall show votes in it.

39 for that posturing AT, with Joanne doing all the tricks?

Ye gods.

Awful. Not Ore's fault but it was like they'd decided to keep him in and were going to do whatever it took to do it. Hate feeling manipulated

And danced it like a ballroom tango complete with a, oopen mouthed snarl and OTT staccato moves. She missed the point entirely.

Ore kind of 'stood around'.

I thought the standard was incredible, and the marks reflected that. All four semi finalists are really, really good, and the pros have been able to choreograph some brilliant and challenging routines, precisely because the celebs can handle it. The high marks were earned, in my opinion.

Semi-Finals always seem to be a mess. Sudden flood of 10's for the dancer they want in the finals that isn't gaining enough votes. Regardless of the fact they might be the weakest dancer left.

Ore's AT was him just positioning himself in places and Jo doing all the leg work, and his quickstep in some places seemed like he was running. Personally thought he was overnarked, but then maybe the judges saw something I didn't.

There is no way Ore should have came first.
The leaderboard should have been:
1)Danny and Oti
2)Claudia and An
3)Louise and Kevin
4)Ore and Joanne

Because he danced an extremely accomplished AT?<obvious>

Agree with that, Quickstep was too aggressive and he walked around a bit in the AT.

Where was the intricate footwork between Ore and Joanne? The ganchos and the ochos?

Instead he walked and posed a bit. And lost balance.

Worst AT of the series, Ore was like a plank of 2x2 whilst Joanne done ALL the dancing. As for their quickstep Darcy commented on Ore struggling to keep his top line in position, she criticised other couples dances and marked them accordingly by taking off a mark yet she gave a 10 to Ore. Favouritism at it's best.

Agree completely Danny should've been top with Claudia second. I hope they both go through. Blatant manipulation tonight.

It just depends on your point of view, worst night of judging, NO

Questionable judging? YES.

I wonder if you would feel the same way if your fave was at the top. The hypocrisy...

Obviously we'll see in the dance off, but I don't think the scoring has endeared him with voters - at least from the reaction online (not just here).

And the rate things are going I wouldn't be surprised to see Claudia win the whole thing as the public tide seems to be very much in her favour with repeated perceived undermarking.

Everyone who has a favourite thinks the voting isn't correct for their point of view.

Trotted about in the QS ... looking slightly off most of the time (it just looked like running about) and then stood about in the AT ... albeit in an artistic way. Top of the leaderboard!! Claudia has been thrown under a bus. She wasn't perfect but she was as good as Ore.

I do too - no way was Ore's AT that good - my husband and I noticed he did a lot of posturing - and he swayed when supporting Joanne - we thought it deserved 8s and we thought Danny's Samba deserved to be equal to Ore's QS. We also thought Claudia's QS deserved 39 or 40!

Obviously the judges want a final of Ore, Louise and Danny rather than Danny, Louise and Claudia. Wouldn't it be funny if the DO was between Louise and Ore (the judges' favourites). Wonder who would be saved then?

It was a typically dodgy night of semi-final marking.

Im really miffed as to why Darcy only gave a 9 for that AS. All because of 1 lift that wasnt her taste?

If we take Danny & Ores dances and scrub out Oti and Jo and just watch the men, its clear to see who should be getting higher marks.

Not keen on the AT but thought Ore's quickstep best dance of the night.

I saw a clear error in the lift she got that one right.
