Minor BT problems
Is anyone having minor problems with here BT the day.
Now again and again some web pages after a few seconds seem to fail to load but after a page refresh they seem to load fine. All seems fine on my IPad Mini 4. It just on my laptop using Windows 10 that I now seem to have the minor problem as of this evening. I'm also in BT Infinity 2. Darren |

Had a couple of months of pages not loading, wifi drop outs then reconnecting. I thought it was my laptop and was actually researching what one to buy as a replacement then this week i lost my connection entirely. Had to phone them and go through hoops of being told there is nothing wrong their end and arranging an engineer to come out. The day before the engineer is due i get a text saying they have found an issue their end. 3 days later its sorted and i havent had one issue with pages not loading or wifi signal dropping since.
Can only assume it was a gradual issue that eventually gave up their end. |

I just reset my Home Hub 3 as Spotify started playing up with the Amazon Echo.
I don't know if its also a new Home Hub I maybe also needing as the other month the Home Hub 3 was having Wi-Fi drop yet the Home Hub 3 showed Wi-Fi to be working. Most of my BT contracts are up come mid January. Last time I asked for a new BT Home Hub going back before the summer when I had minor problems the guy on the phone offered me one for £49.99 plus P&P. He said that was me getting it at half price. I never tane them up on the offer. Darren |

It's not always the fault of the ISP!!!
Don't know if it's the cause of your problems but there are reports floating about about a Win10 up-date causing problems for some routers - BT is one of the named ISP's http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/12...etworking_bug/ Brian |

Not used my laptop much the day so far. Darren |

There seems to have been a rash of problems with WiFi on Home Hubs, including HH3. I was using one until about a month ago and was having so many WiFi disconnections (Ethernet was fine) that I gave up and replaced it with a TP-Link router.
Last night was the worst it's been for a while with wi-fi as well as some web pages on my laptop only loading after a refresh of page. Will the TP Link router also with the the BT TV multicast internet channels as I heard some non BT routers may no work with them. I may try again and ask for a new updated HH when I come to renew most of my BT contracts in mid January. Darren |

There is a big thread over on the BT forums which discuss which third party routers can be used for this.

![]() It could just be just the WiFi that has gone down. I had that a lot with a Home Hub 3. If it has, maybe a channel change will bring it back up again, but you would need to do that via Ethernet. |

As my first post says I seem to be getting the same minor problems with BT again.
I had thought this problem had been fixed. Anyone else got minor problems. Darren |

Darren I find it astonishing that you cant actually talk to anyone to complain initially. The guy on the phone said they only book telephone appointments for complaints. |
