All of the "star" guests were rubbish.

I was scared that even Louisa wasn't going to turn up at one point. I think it went ok tbh, but it's just too soon for Louisa to be a duet partner! I really really wish they had the Weeknd to duet with

So much for people thinking it's rigged for them to win, they drew the short straw, Saara got the big budget tonight with Adam, and Matt only got his mentor. Perhaps Cowell wants to encourage more contestants from overseas to apply., given the lack of British talent on the show.

They did the same to Andrea a couple of years back. He got Ella Henderson.

Such a disapointment. The star guests are what makes the final stand out front the other shows.

In my view Louisa lost if for the boys tonight. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to put her with 5 AM, but they should be fired.

I actually wasn't minding the performance until Louisa came out because she just started to do all of the performance for them.

It was a poor choice to give the poorer vocalists a powerful singer to sing with. They shouldve got someone like Cheryl Cole or Olly Murs.

Surely that was always the intention?

But it wouldn't have been a proper duet if it had just been Clean Bandit they duetted with as that group only provide the music and not the vocals. They needed an actual singer to duet with.

Louisa was the only decent performer last night IMO.

I suppose the theme they were going with was "guests" who were also in singing competitions!

Adam Lambert was phenomenal - at least they didn't subject us to Fleur East again.

Louisa sounded really deep last night didn't think she sounded as good as usual and she's so try hard sometimes - should've just left them with clean bandit so they had a real shot of just being able to do it themselves

I must admit if I were 5am and was told Louisa was gunna be my 'star' duet, I would be a bit peed off. Nothing against Louisa but all shes done so far is won X Factor and was a feature on a Top 10 song. OK Clean Bandit was there as well but they are not exactly a huge name

Secretly 5am were probably really disappointed but had to act all excited and like its a 'dream come true' to duet with Louisa. They were acting like she was a megastar. Deep down they are probably thinking oh great the best they can give us is her. I wouldn't be surprised if the producers had someone else lined up to duet with them but they dropped out at the last minute and Louisa was the only person free

It was an odd paring as they are just completely different types of artists.

clearly the producers didn't want them to win, the duet is supposed to be with an established act. and who is Louisa? a fellow contestant?

Not wanting to make yet another thread all about FE, back to topic at hand. I quite liked Louisa Johnson, but I didn't really think she went well with 5AM, just two totally different acts, they didn't complement each other at all.

It was odd and she sounded ill. Like she was trying to avoid higher parts of her voice. She still sounded good and I think they all sounded good. I think it just looked a bit weird altogether. It's an alright track though and I think they went out on a high.

I just listened to it. They lowered the key so the boys could sing it, Louisa suffered.
