Ok so probably opening a can of worms, but what would you say to the celebs after tonight. How to improve their performance that sort of thing. Im not a trained dancer but my two penneth is:

Danny - something he does with his arms puts me off sometimes. I cant quite descibe it but it seems a bit ugly. Otherwise excellent dancer.

Louise - Attack attack attack. Steps are mostly there but she lacks oomph and her top half in the samba tonight was very poor. She does seem like a lovely person but forget nice be fierce. A happy tango?

Ore- less of the raised eyebrow facial expressions to camera whilst dancing. It comes off as arrogance (to me).

Claudia - Be less young (it obviously offends the judges). I jest. Sometimes she doesnt flow. I want more connection in the moves.

Danny - calm it down. It's dancing not a sprint.

Louise - raise your eye line. Even when your head is up, your eyes are down.

Ore - keep improving, believe in yourself and Jo.

Claudia - commit more to your partner, the steps are there, but body language is lacking.

I think she needs to get out there, fall in love, get involved a messy relationship, long for someone that you can't have, get her heart broken, break some's heart and feel terrible about it etc.

Reminds me of that story about Laurence Olivier and Dustin Hoffman when they were working together on Marathon Man. To prepare for a scene, Hoffman had gone for a few days without sleep and looked pretty rough. Olivier asked him why he was putting himself through such an ordeal and Hoffman replied that he was trying to be convincing in the role. Olivier replied, "Try acting dear boy".

Just feel the music I say!

Danny - never have cross ply and radial on the same axle.

Ore - If a lightbulb breaks in the socket, cut a potato in half and stick it onto the jagged glass.

Claudia - White vinegar on old paper is a very easy way to clean a window. Lemon juice also works.

Louise - If your hands smell of garlic, rub something made of metal, like a teaspoon or a tap. Takes it right off.

You can't act without any life experience. What would you base it on? She said herself that all she's done is being driven back and forth to gymnastics every week by her parents for 12 years. It is only since strictly that she has taken a train on her own!

My advice to Claudia though would be feel the music, get lost in it. And think of someone you fancy, express that in the dance, when appropriate.

To Ore, watch the pigeon toes. Have confidence in yourself because you are very talented.

Louise, never be shy or self conscious in any of the dances. Dance like nobody is watching. Remember the AT, feel and express every move.

Danny, keep on listening to Oti and training as much as you do because you are a natural. Always nail the technique first, so the judges can't criticise anything. Then you can go for it in the dance.
