Is it just me... Or were 5am and Emily Middlemas the most marketable acts in the final few stages of the competition who had potential to sell current music? Despite the majority of DS readers, Emily and 5am were two of my favourite acts this year and I wanted them both in the final. Emily is underrated in my opinion. Really hope both get record deals - Emily is likely seeing as she was Simon's last act, and 5am have potential to fit a boyband slot in Syco's cluster.

Emily, with the right material, could be a decent act. I don't think 5AM are talented enough.

I thought they had the most potential to do well as recording artists. I think Matt and Saara have the best voices but may be more suited to musical theatre.

Emily has a place in Music, it's not in the Pop Charts though and more in the underground Folk scene I feel.

And with 5AM I'm convinced that they're the most likely to sell in the charts, especially as they could take a bit of The Weeknd's sound which would be different for a group off of The X Factor going into the charts.
