I have just got 2 female kittens. They had their first jabs yesterday but one of them has just been sleeping a lot. She has had a tiny but to eat and has been to the toilet. Is this normal?

Id say that normal each cat behaves differently

I remember when my cat had his first Jabs and he had to get the neutered *oww* the vet said don't expect him to do much he'll be sleeping mostly, nope didn't happen he was still his nutty self bouncing around the house

all cats vary

I remember when Olive had her first jabs, the vet told me she would be a little sleepy, was she hell - she raced around the house like a tornado!

if you are at all concerned about the kitten just give your vet a quick ring - I am sure he will put your mind at ease

My older male was drowsy after having his neutering surgery whereas my young female she was bouncing about after her surgery.

Some animals have a bad reaction and it might take a few days to get back to normal.

My pup had a huge reaction to his jab so didn't get any more.
