The song is a year old now but it's a song by a past X factor contestant and I'm surprised the show hasn't marketed/promoted it much to get our attention. It is my believe that this contestant is currently with Cowells label.

It's extremely nuanced, not for the hoi polloi. It's such a delicate track. It may sound like it lacks immediacy, but it pays dividends in its endurance and depth.

In the grand scheme Fleur is barely a blip on the X factor radar

I don't know what majority you know or maybe it's because I'm in my 20s but the people I know, really don't know Fleur or any of the other venerated divas you talk about. If you were talking about The Weeknd, Drake, Justin Bieber, Frank Ocean, Sia etc I'd say fair enough, they've got a certain reputability and corresponding success.

I think Fleur is talented. She can definitely sing and she can dance very well too. She gets ripped a lot more than she should (you cause 90% on here). She was just overplayed, the Sax thing is funny. But I think her on her own, there's nothing wrong with. She's just seen as a one hit wonder to most people. Doesn't mean it's right, it just means that's her reputation.

If you reach for the noose every time someone disagrees with you on Fleur, you'll be hurting yourself.

Yep. For all Cowells efforts to pimp her to the masses, she is a one hit wonder who isn't on the radar of the majority of the gbp.
I bet a lot of people who danced to Sax at the office party wouldn't have a clue who sang it and could pick Fleur out of a line up.
She has the makings of a decent pop star but unless she releases something decent very soon, she's another in the long line of XF 5 minute wonders

yeah but fleur just isnt average musically speaking, shes got over 3 octaves in range, average is between 1 and 2, coz you dont like her voice you say its average but in muscial fact it isnt.

What happens with fleur next depends on alot of things but constantly going on and on about sax gets so boring, im so over that song now and it isnt even the best song on the album
