interestingly, today's Telegraph describes Ore as" the exceptionally elegant sports presenter and the only finalist not to have previous dance training"

I have always thought that this is Louise's to lose and I still strongly believe she is going to be tonight's Strictly champion. But as the OP and others have said in the thread, Ore is my winner. And I agree that getting to the final is a huge achievement in itself. We should not forget that he is the only one of the three with no years of stage school dance training. Look at how he has danced. He should be proud of himself.

Ore is my winner too - I voted like crazy last weekend in the hope it would propel him to the final. Sadly this week I can't vote as it is my mother's 80th birthday, but I hope he does well.

I started this thread weeks after I was persuaded to place a bet on Ore. Week two and a complete novice to betting, I stuck a tenner on Ore to win.

Besides my winnings, I am so delighted that this charming young man has won the trophy. For me, he is what Strictly is all about. A long time fan, no expectations of winning and yet he did it, and no-one more pleased than I am.

I was surprised how much a liked Ore. I've watched him on breakfast TV & thought he seemed a nice man, but now I adore him & his dancing. He's a natural dancer & my winner too.

Merry Christmas Skyrah What a wonderful result. We've championed Ore and he came through, God love him. I haven't been this pleased since Kara won.

I loved Natalie too & I fought for her in the forums as much as I did for Ore this year

Just got in from a family party and am absolutely over the moon with the result. I was so upset that I wouldn't be able to vote for Ore tonight and it might be a long shot in him winning. Can I just say YAAAAY!!!!!!! Well done Ore and Joanne. Just about to watch the show back now...

I won £22 on a £2 bet after round 2
he was so charming, ote was so big headed and their reactions after every eviction was all me me me and everyone elses was about losing a friend etc

otes "shocking" response to the dance off as "in how dare the public not see we are superior" nailed their defeat and put them in the dance off they should have lost to cloudier

Amazing result and against all the odds. Well done Ore!!
It is so wonderful and impressive that a naturally talented beginner with no stage school experience has been able to get to this level of proficiency, and because of this he is just the type of winner Strictly has needed and has missed the few years. An extremely worthy winner.
Ore is our champion
