Am guessing you meant the iPad Air 2 vs. iPad Pro OP?
Depends what you're using it for-the Air 2 is still a decent tablet and will be somewhat cheaper than the iPad Pro. Not only that in four months time (end of March) we'll see another version of iPad released so if you went for iPad Pro-shop around and see if you can find a 'bargain'? |

The Ipad 2 was going for £199 in some Sainsbury stores as they are getting rid of old tech. Finding one would be tough though especially this time of year.

Depends on your budget as well, there is about £200 difference in price between the 2
However the pro is the newer technology and will take longer to be become obsolete, There are rumours that the iPad Air 3 will be released in March next year, so it might be worth waiting to the new year to check out prices in the sales, hold on for the next version, or see if there are big reductions on the Air 2 on the high street when the 3 is released. |

Plus it is very fast!
The OP has never said what they want to use it for. |

Yes it was the Air 2. Like I said it was pretty scarce a wild goose chase.

That's great, but it was obviously a very special offer. You're not going to walk in and find tons of them on Special at that price.

I was asking myself the same question back in August and went for the Ipad Pro and never regretted it! Super quick and a pleasure to have! Personally, i would go for the Ipad Pro.
