just purchased a graded HDR-1800T, I have a problem unless the box is switched on (blue light) viewing the tv on it’s own source the signal is lost when the HDR-1800T is on standby (red light). I haven’t had this problem on my other Humax box.

As with all Humax terrestrial boxes turn off power saving in standby if you want the rf loopthrough to the TV to work. Even better fit a simple aerial splitter before the box to give a seperate aerial feed to the TV, and save some money on your electricity bill.

Which other Humax box ? Suspect your other box has power saving in sby disabled. Fit a 4 way splitter before both to make double savings.

Thanks - just disabled the power saving on the box - seems to be ok now.
