Byron's is still my favourite of the new burger joints up now. Their's is always juicy and I do like their special burgers for different times of the year. I'd put Gourmet Burger Kitchen just behind them.
Meat Liquor/Meat Market/Meat Mission are really good, for want of a better word, their burgers are pretty dirty (in a good way). Wings and other sides are pretty awesome too, which gives them an edge over other joints that really just do burgers and not a lot else. I think they have branches in Leeds and Brighton as well as several London locations, not sure if they plan to expand too far. |

Honest Burgers are very good. Mainly London based, but I think they are starting to expand a bit further.

On a 5 Guys note - I know they use peanut oil to fry their fries in - looking on the internet, apparently that's safe for people with nut allergies as it's refined enough. I don't if that's true or not. Does anyone know? Just asking, as one of the people who I was with when there, has a nut allergy - so, they avoided the fries. |
