He's like a poor man's fusion of Shayne Ward and Matt Cardle

I wouldn't wish failure on Matt, but I just can't see what's different about him compared to all the other flop male winners. |

Agree. A year with two of the weakest winner in X Factor history. Isaiah in Australia and Matt here.
But in UK it's there own mistake. I mean remember the acts they sent home at judges house. |

I wasn't keen on him to be honest, very bland. |

A lacklustre song, sung by a mediocre singer - this has become the norm now.

I wonder if it will rank better than Louisa's winner single.

He is genreless, it's the biggest issue with his victory for me, he doesn't even have the Diva style to make up for the fact that he doesn't have a particular genre to market himself in, his basically incredibly moldable for Simon, if they wanted to they could have him go and release a Country song if they wanted to, and then follow it up with a Reggae number.

He won't be forgotten in our house.
Christmas number one and next year he'll record an album that will soar to the top of the charts all over the world. Stop being bitter about the result, Matt has a big career ahead of him. |

There is no way that he is suitable to sing reggae. It would be an insult to the genre.

I'm just using an example that because he has no particular genre or style he could go and sing a Reggae song because his still at the stage where he hasn't found where he would build a fanbase with the Music fans.
