What do you think about people who leave the teabag in the mug while they are drinking their tea?

They should be lined up against a wall and shot.

Don't you hate people who force you to consider questions that never have, and never would have, crossed your mind.

Disgusting! By all means leave it in a while to brew or even in a teapot. But this, this is something else!

But do you drink it directly from the teapot or pour it into a cup?
If the former then hanging's too good for you!!!

Mug + Tea-Bag. Brew to taste. Remove Tea-bag.

Teapots and Cups and Saucers are for Special Occasions only.

The OP reminds me of my son aged 4 "lets talk about people who put two sugars in their tea" after I said "What shall we talk about" he was amazed that anyone put two sugars into their tea. He felt it was very important to talk about at age 4.

Off with their heads!

ETA: Presumably you mean deliberately rather than forgetting they didn't take it out?

Perhaps, like me, they like their tea very strong (large mug, 3xTetley Extra Strong teabags).

I suppose that one advantage would be that if you knock the mug over, you'll have time to pick it up before any of it spills.

So wrong on so many levels. They should be forced to drink coffee for evermore.

Oh, I don't drink it. I just wave the teapot at the poor people next door.

People do this? I think it would annoy me having a blob of tea leaves bobbing about my cup when I'm drinking.

Ghastly plebeians.
Agreed.
They should be lined up against a wall and shot.
Agreed even more.

Now we're getting somewhere.

compared to those spawn of Beelzebub who line up the used teabags on the side of the sink?
I went out with a woman for a while, her mother did that, I think that it went part way to my heading for pastures new, that and the fact that I can't stand tea.

Americans or strange people.
Americans? I had no idea that they did that.

Muy verdad!

So wrong on so many levels. They should be forced to drink coffee for evermore.
No! The cretins wouldn't appreciate coffee.
