You're getting confused, in the sense that these particular guys (Neturei Karta) don't even recognise the state of Israel (as their website makes expressly clear) as they believe the Messiah hasn't arrived, thus it can't legitimately exist. The wider (broadly sensible) Chassid community may, to some limited extent, have the ear of government but that's an entirely different proposition.
