Moto G4 Plus dual sim
Due to the general uselessness of search here, I thought it easier to just ask again.
Anyone with a G4 Plus dual sim model, what's the status of the 2 sims? 4G/4G or 4G/3G? |

"Hi, I've just got a G4 Plus (UK model) and YES it does indeed support 3G / 3G or 3G / 4G on both SIMs at the same time (It can't do 4G and 4G at same time, one sim is always 3G)" |

Thanks, so it's 4G/3G.

Here's a vid showing it working
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwqMSRPZS70&t=14s Sim 1 is set to voice+data 3G/4G on EE Sim 2 is set to 3G/2G voice only and is on Three I have one of these and have 2 EE sim cards in it (work and personal) and find sometimes that Sim1 (the Voice+Data enabled sim slot) will be on 2G while Sim2 (the voice only) still shows as 3G - you'd think that if both sims are on the same network provider then they'd both do pretty much the same thing (other than of course 4G can't be on both) but I'd expect them to both be 2G at the same time or 3G at the same time but curiously isn't always the case. It does work really well though and a massive improvement over my previous Moto G second gen dual SIM that was only 3G and 2G capable |
