With 2016 nearing it's much anticipated end, it's time for me to take a look back at the top 10 biggest sports upsets to take place over the last 12 months; a year where Sam Querrey rocked the tennis establishment while English football saw one of it's most unlikely success stories.

Well it has to be Leicester City winning the Premier League as no one ever thought this could happen. I dont think anything can top this sporting upset.

Not even Sam Querrey beating Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon when it was not really a shock in the first place as Querrey is a good player and he was playing well at the time. Also Novak was not at his best

Agree with the number 1 but maybe Ireland beating the Kiwis might have got in - then I guess what would you take out?

not really

its very US centric

i didn't think Willetts winning the masters was that much of an upset, how can a guy ranked around the top ten in the world winning be one of the biggest sporting upsets of the year ?

Rule The World winning the Grand National should be on there.

And take out the MMA stuff. That isn't a sport, just idiotic brutal violence.
