I love this Story from Dickens.

They should do a special episode of EE where Peggy visits a couple of cast members during the night and shows them the future. Like Phil, Roxy and Denise. It would be a bit cheesy but perhaps it could work if handled correctly. A bit like the ghosts of christmas.

I don't think there is any other lad under 20 on this show so he is the go to person unless Ian Beale decides to wear a school uniform.

The above sounded a little weird

It was an underwhelming episode and whilst I appreciate O'Connor's vision for the show, nothing captivated me tonight unfortunately and they really overdid the panto stuff.

I appreciate Donna's concerns but letting Ronnie and Jack adopt Amy is a big mistake if Roxy agrees with Donna's suggestion.

3/10

8/10 for me

Really enjoyed that episode. Having them all rehearse their lines and then having dot sat on her own in the soon to be closed laundrette really hammered home Dot's loneliness

But we're seeing the panto scenes again near Christmas and I don't think it's necessary to see the rehearsal scenes when we're likely to see the official/'live' version in Christmas time. Perhaps I'm in a Scrooge mood tonight.

Indeed, the scene with Dot alone in the launderette is very moving and was wonderfully acted by June but Dot is very lucky she has people who cares for her. Eg: Patrick and the Brannings.

rWell that was a bit boring.

Louise we is taking an unhealthy interest in Bex's sex life.

Donna...that was harsh.

Thanks Sorcha and thanks to everyone for the best wishes.

As for the question of why Bex is with Dumb-Bun well everyone makes mistakes - just look at poor Ethel in Rillington Place.

Good old Reg was hardly the romantic type was he?

I think it was murdering all those women that left him slightly cynical.

She is but she doesn't feel it. She feels all alone. You can be surrounded by people but still be alone.
