I think a lot of the problem was people's expectations. When you've convinced yourself that Claudia is more popular than Louise and that Danny is the most popular in the competition the truth is going to hit hard. Some people were convinced that we would get an Ore/Louise dance off so it was a bit of a shocker.

Also the fact that apparently a lot of people that tried to vote for Claudia, couldn't due to a technical hitch, that the BBC has admitted to.

A travesty of justice? Bit OTT I think for a TV show. A tad disappointing maybe.

The only travesty I see are the truly ghastly pro dances How much worse can they can?

I fear that typo might provide the answer - or the idea,

A technical hitch that affected people voting for all four couples.

It wasn't just Claudia... many of us couldn't get through. It took me 10 mins to register my votes for Ore and Louise.

Thank you! Typed too fast

Yeah, can them or get rid of the ghastly Jason G and get some decent choreographers in who don't ape Fosse badly, or rehash old musicals and pretend it's all their own idea.

Or Swing dancers doing the Olympics! (Swing is fab. The routine was not).

And birds in cages? Oh please.

So we should look forward to a can- can in the supermarket isles. Trollies full of bloomers etc.

It wasn't just trying to vote for Claudia. I tried to vote for Danny as well as Claudia both by telephone AND online - and couldn't - for at least 6 minutes. No extension of vote or anything. I think THAT is unfair!
