They make it sound a lot like this other group have 'taken over' the station, which isn't something you can do with a community station as easily you might a commercial one.
it's different that's true - but as long as the station continues to meet it's key commitments I don't think who actually is involved is so much of concern to Ofcom

it's all about providing the said community with the promised service here
