Anyone else annoyed that having installed Windows 10 I then find I can't play any of my old games? Even relatively recent ones from 2008-10 don't seem to function anymore. Do any of the techno nerds on here know of any way round this problem?

Will depend on the game, the problem is that some can use naughty methods to improve the game speed which may not be available on win 10, sometimes slapping them back to win 7 on the compatibility options may help but it can be a right royal performance especially if theres some 16 bit code lurking in there and you're running the 64 bit version.

Do some research on the titles concerned. It's not just Windows 10 most people are now on a 64 bit OS as well.
Here's some starters anyway, the rest is up to you.

Many thanks for the advice. I think I might wait until Xmas is over before looking into this in detail.
