V6 deal - Thoughts?
So my Dad is currently on the old Big Kahoona or whatever it was called, paying £120 a month, and wants a V6 box. I phoned retentions and was offered the following. What do people think, decent deal?
It seems they've gone back to the old VIP package name and this is without line rental, which he's paid till March. - Full TV package with Sky Sports and Movies - 2 x V6 boxes, replacing TiVO and V-HD - 200Mb broadband - Inclusive calls to landlines and mobiles (Not international) They want £64 for installation, £77.72 for 9 months and then £102.45 for 3 months, following which he can get a new deal. Install isn't till mid-Feb. What do people think, is this a decent deal? |

That looks like a great deal to me. I'm paying £74 a month with Sky for just the tv for the same package except I've got 2 extra boxes and I have to pay around £44 extra for my broadband and phone which makes mines around £118 a month that's with half price Sky Sports and Sky Cinema so even when it goes up to £102 that's good and 200Mbps broadband I've only got up to 76Mbps. I'd say go for it 😊
