road rage and terrorism bit of a stretch, perhaps one should stick with using the train and avoiding all those "isms".

In NI the IRA terrorist threat level is "severe".
Mainland UK it's "substantial", one level below the International threat level of "severe".

Were the IRA Muslim?
Terrorists are arrested & charged with terrorism if they are under suspicion of committing that offence. There would be evidence to prove they were involved or not with the offence they are charged/convicted of...
