EE: Where is the Walford Christmas Tree?
Money or no money there HAS to be a tree on that square! It's part of the tradition! Legend has it that if no tree is present on Christmas Day then it will be a happy Christmas with love and warmth (which of course we don't want)

If I recall correctly, Ian told Kathy he couldn't afford it to put up the big tree?

Theres ALWAYS been a tree there has to be one. Why didn't Ian buy a big tree instead of buying thousands of extra regular sized trees in tonights Episode.

Whoever provides the tree also has to provide the lights and pay for the power etc and get it all done to HSE standards - there was once a brief plot about this (a couple of scenes in one episode) - so it is a significant outlay. |
