I was thinking 4-9 year olds? They like singing along.

Surely no-one adult would buy her records?

Shepherds Bush I would imagine. How can someone that cant sing, rap or dance be bringing out a single. It's absolute nonsense. Syco have more money than they have sense.

Honey G is a novelty act. And there have been successful novelty singles in the charts before, particularly in the UK.

Sorry, but there is nothing novel about her at all. But I guess if people are daft enough to waste their money on buying her crap single it is up to them.

Definitely the child market - the repetitive nature of the the song is exactly what would appeal to a young child.

You'll probably get plenty of people thinking they're being hilarious and ironic by buying it as well, but I don't even think that would last when the second single is released and sounds almost identical to the first.

Literally nobody, even those who supported her (Cowell, the WUM's, the deaf etc) won't give two hoots now the show's over. The moment's passed - she's done!

I thought that she was aimed at middle aged viewers who thought her massacring a genre that they don't care for was funny.

It's similar to Frankie Cocozza and his joke act version of Rock.

It's bizarre that Cowell perseveres with certain acts who clearly weren't popular with the public. Cher Lloyd was another one who they had to seriously pimp to keep her in the competition.

People who enjoy their lives and don't get upset by an act on TV. People who have fun .

The gullible ones not dissimilar to WWE fans

It's pretty obvious that they wanted to keep acts in who would appeal to widest possible demographic to prop up the ratings. Look at the final five:

5AM - young/urban
Saara - older audience who like theatre
Emily - Scottish
Matt - teenie girls & housewives
Honey G - Barney the purple dinosaur children's entertainer

Or just what I said. Don't take life so seriously, girl. It's not the end of the world. Some people buy her single, you not gonna be hanging a rope from your ceiling about it.

I do find it mildly entertaining how people cry about Honey G. Get a life, get a hobbie, get a proper job. Just smile, be happy and enjoy life.

You play the same card over and over again. Asking people to provide evidence about manipulation knowing they can't. Let me flip it around. Can you provide evidence that I'm not smiling, happy and don't have any hobbies or enjoy life? It is actually possible to be happy and enjoy life but also be able to challenge others when there's an injustice.

Never said you weren't. My theory is when people are that negative and sad, that there must be an innate issue going on. I just say smile and enjoy life, be positive and have a laugh. There are real injustices in the world like global wealth equity. Art is subjective, your idea about who should be famous is not objective. Just live and let live. Be nice and people will be nice to you

It's not as simple as that. If we all live and let live the over aggressive and dominant ones will just sh1t all over everyone. I didn't have a favourite act in the lives and never challenged the outcome as contentious as the judge's vote was. I love life, don't believe in holding grudges but won't hesitate to speak up if someone needs to be challenged or held to account.

Time to go stamp collecting and train spotting. Have a great weekend

Just to add another perspective...

I work supporting people with a learning disability, reality tv plays a big part in their lives (argghh!), one of the people I support has a 'penchant' for boybands. Honey G has been blessed/cursed with a huge conk & even I thought she was a bloke in drag at the beginning and it was a joke. Then, on seeing she was a biological woman, I still thought it was a 'scam' - and good on her for playing the system..! The person I support keeps making faces saying "She scares me! Shes a man!" I have gently ribbed him over this, evey week i've been saying "I Hope Honey G wins!" And he pulls the most disgusted face you could imagine, blows ahuge raspberry & gives me the Roman thumbs down!

My musical tastes couldn't be further apart than anything that parades on X Craptor, but I can appreciate a good laugh! My best mates into Morrissey, but she & her 11 yr old son have been cheering her along just to p$ss off the 'serious' acts!

As to what markets shes aiming for.... lets just say... I wish I was a fly on the wall during SYCO marketing meetings... (if thats whom shes signed to!)

Her earnestness endears me to her! Moreso than any 'serious' act that shows us their 'raw artistry'.... (vomit emoji required)...
