I miss the original Len, but I won't miss the grumpy , unlikeable old man he has turned into.

Nope.

Unlike Craig, who can come off nasty with his comments but is actually really nice and is only critiquing the dance, Len has a genuinely nasty streak and he doesn't like anybody who dares to take him to task. I won't miss him at all.

I'd like to see Anton given a chance.

It's kind of like he has been absent for a while and just going through the motions. I miss the old Len who cared about keeping the dancers to the rules.

Yes, I'll miss Len even though he's a moany old sod. The judging panel just won't be the same.

I'll miss that he's the only judge qualified to judge but him personally, no.

I'll miss him. He actually knows what he's talking about but I think he's tempered his judging to encourage the able amateurs. It's the right time for him to go but he's been a big part of Strictly since the beginning and he deserves more respect and affection than he gets on here.

I agree. He used to be the voice of reason but I don't know what has happened to him. I just hope they get a decent replacement. Don't want Anton or Karen Hardy.

Will miss him he has been good for the show, if he is doing the other show dwts is it because they pay a whole lot more or is that me just being cynical .

I believe that dwts operate on two year contracts and strictly have one year ones so Len has another year to do over there before his contract finishes.

ETA: so if he renews after that then we know it's about the money

I wont miss Len ranting at Craig just because he disagrees with him, I hope the new judge will realise he has his opinion and other judges have theirs. Craig for example might not agree with Len but he allows him his opinion.

His presence will be appreciated for another two seasons by those of us sensible enough to find ways of watching DWTS so we'll not be missing him for a while yet.

Really? We still can't do the basic arithmetic that shows 3 pay packets are better than 2 pay packets a year? I give up!

I think it's the right time for him to move on tbh. Seems to be going through the motions a lot these days and I think it will do the show good having some fresh blood in it.

Do we know who is replacing him yet?
