You wouldn't get that when a player is going for a putt at The Open or when a player is going for the black at The Crucible.
And of course we all interpret things differently and some of us will see things as harmless fun and therefore miss the actual harm that there is. So perhaps, using those two good examples, people at darts know full well they would never act in that way (or be tolerated) at golf or snooker, they more purposefully act in this way at the darts because they know it's allowed, add alcohol to the equation and it's a recipe for singing and bawdiness. The darts officials can ask for best of order from the crowd though can't they, when there is a very important throw about to be taken? |

Only just been able to tune in. Wade won the first set against the throw it seems. And he's a leg up in the second set but we know in these games even a 3-0 lead is not done and dusted. I just hope James can keep control and get through to the semis.

You may shake your head Snakey but THAT was quality - a majestic 155 checkout and Wade wins the set!

This should have been the evening game.
Much more interesting than MVG vs Gurney will be. |

Wright's on fire now, I can see only one winner from here (as much as it pains me lol) But MVG, Taylor and Barney are the 3 most famous players in the world and the biggest crowd pullers. Any commercial TV company would have the matches this way, you want the biggest audience. And Anderson v Chizzy is ahead of it in the pecking order too. Remember if Gurney beats MVG it will be an absolute massive shock, Sky ( and the PDC ) would kick themselves if it was tucked away on an afternoon. What is it with Wade and the worlds ? Never ever averaged over 100 in it. Staggering for a player who has won so much. |

No worries Darren.
![]() James is still in there fighting but we know mentally he is the weaker. Snakebite is very composed and should prevail if only to be ko'd by The Flying Scotsman! |

No because Wright would have to get past Anderson?
![]() Come on Wadey, he's hanging in there. |

he will beat Anderson just my feeling
![]() Come on Wadey, he's hanging in there. I just don't know how he does it. One of the reasons I love the guy so much, he's just so durable. Of course it will all be in vain and yes, Snakebite could beat Anderson, I just feel it's unlikely. |

Anderson could lose this.
Chizzy showing why he doesn't win majors right there. |

Incredible. Some of the crowd have their back to the action at 3-3, 2-2
